Installation Process that ensures a perfect install, every
time, guaranteed. Our customers can actually see the difference
between a regular HVAC installation and a perfect installation from

The 17 Part Perfect HVAC Installation
1. In-Depth Site Analysis
AtlasCare will perform a heat gain/loss calculation and develop
a detailed installation specifications sheet to review with you, so
you know exactly what the installation will involve. An
installation supervisor also reviews the file prior to
installation, and has to sign off on it before things move
forward.
2. Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication
The Healthy Home Specialist obtains a full set of sheet metal
measurements complete with digital photos. In our onsite sheet
metal shop, our fabricator designs and fabricates the special
fittings required to ensure optimum air flow to your system.
3. Furnace Venting Safety Inspection
No installation can be initiated without our Healthy Home
Specialist analyzing your home's HVAC system and determining
exactly how your furnace will vent safely.
4. Convenient Two-Hour Scheduling Window
We install on your terms, and we give you a convenient two-hour
window when our Healthy Home Technicians will be at your home.
Don't wait around all day for other companies when AtlasCare will
work with you to fit into your schedule! If we're running late for
any reason, we'll call and let you know.
5. The Red Carpet Treatment
We use specialized handling equipment, drop sheets, surgical
booties, and of course, our red carpet runners to ensure your home
and its HVAC equipment are well-protected during the installation.
This is just another way we care about the health of your
home.
6. Custom Installation Kits
AtlasCare has developed unique installation kits so our Healthy
Home Technicians have all the material on-hand to complete every
job in one day, and never have to leave your home to go get extra
parts. These kits also help eliminate human error.
7. Fully-Licensed, Fully Trained
Fully qualified and trained Healthy Home Technicians perform
every AtlasCare installation. We never use sub-contractors to do
our work. We continuously train our Healthy Home Technicians on the
latest HVAC technologies and products in our state-of-the-art
training facility.
8. Installation Clean Up
As a courtesy to our customers, we clean everything up after the
installation. This includes the removal of all old equipment and
the recycling of materials like Freon and mercury.
9. Start Up Testing and Documentation
Every installation is given a detailed testing and documentation
of your new system to ensure good operation and as a benchmark for
future reference. This ensures better overall maintenance and
service.
10. Customer Survey
Because we're always trying to improve your experience with
AtlasCare, we ask for your feedback. It's our policy for
management to personally look into any feedback that isn't
outstanding. If you wouldn't refer us to someone else then
we haven't done our job.
11. Quality Audit
Our Installation Supervisor performs an in-depth quality audit
to verify every new system is installed to all applicable codes, to
ISO 9001-2008 requirements and to AtlasCare standards.
12. Duct Cleaning
We have a full duct cleaning service available
with a state of the art truck mounted vacuum system. This
service is available at an additional cost should you want a
perfectly clean system after your new HVAC installation.
13. Homeowner Manual
We provide you with a unique Homeowner Manual detailing the use
and care, documentation, and warranties related to your new
system.
14. Rebate Administration
AtlasCare takes care of assembling the paperwork in the approved
format so you'll know you're getting the most out of whatever
rebates you are eligible for.
15. Warranty Registration
AtlasCare registers all warranties on your behalf, so there is
no paperwork for you to complete.
16. Protection Plans
To back up our perfect installations, we have the best service
maintenance programs and Protection Plans available to keep
your equipment in the best possible condition ensuring it performs
as it was originally designed to do.
17. Unconditional Warranty
You must be 100% satisfied with your system. If not, we'll
