Customer Care Representative
AtlasCare is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support our in-house team and maintain our high standards of customer service.

Specific Duties:
- Ensure that every customer calling in receives a level of service consistent with our Mission
- Meet daily key performance indicators
- Maintain and update the service database
- Conduct outbound calls to schedule maintenance plan inspections and revenue generation
- Coordinate with the dispatcher to assist in scheduling service technicians
- Participate in required training
- Adhere to company policies including, but not limited to, professionalism and safety
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
Community college or equivalent and a minimum of one year of successful experience as a customer care representative or similar experience in a service related team.
